About Us
The fact that all members operate from home offices allows the Alliance to keep our fees competitive in comparison to our major security competitors who may have comparable experience.  It also allows the members to operate a more convenient lifestyle whilst not compromising our client/consultant relationships.  As much of our work is interstate and /or overseas, access to office facilities out of Normal working hours assists team members in servicing our clients.

The CCD-Alliance members hold project meetings and management meetings, as required during the working week.

Many of the projects we undertake have a long design and construction period, most between three to five years, and some many more.  We have just completed the design for the Tall building and Hotel component, and are commencing the third stage retail component of what will be the second tallest building in the world.  This project has been proceeding for some three years.  There are another two phases of the project design, and then some five years of construction which is underway.  This project is not within Australia.

A similar project is the design and construction of the new Eastern Goldfields Regional Prison.  This project has been in progress for some 20 months and is expected to be active for another two and a half years, prior to construction and defects process being completed.
Campbell & Campbell the catalyst of CCD-Alliance was formed in December 2006 by Kerran and Carolyn Campbell.  Kerran Campbell provided the engineering and security expertise, and Carolyn Campbell provided logistical and administrative support.  As the commissions offered to Campbell & Campbell quickly grew in number and size, additional resources were required.

The decision was taken rather than employ staff, to join with other security professionals to increase not only capacity, but include complementary skills to enable participation in a much larger range of projects.  These professionals chose to operate their own companies as individual practices, however can work on larger projects in collaboration. CCD-Alliance was formed in 2009 as a combination of Campbell & Campbell, Quadrant and Viridian Consulting, with T&L Enterprises joining the group in 2013.

CCD-Alliance is currently an aggregation of five active security professionals and members of CCD-Alliance. Each member has their own registered company, carry their own PI (i.e and other required insurances) and for each project operate under a formal sub-contract arrangement with CCD-Alliance.

These projects are undertaken under the umbrella of CCD-Alliance which, with Campbell & Campbell are trading entities of Morewest Pty Ltd, each project a collaboration of the relative project elements managed under formal project plans and QA processes with the Alliance members who have the most relevant experience.

The Alliance enables the four members to operate from their home offices, by means of a highly secured and sophisticated communications network that all members share and operate.  The communications system has redundancy and resilience to protect our client’s information and data.

Many of the projects undertaken that are illustrated in this web site were undertaken whilst at CCD-Australia, or when members were with other organisations.  Where this occurs these are identified with an asterisk after the title.
